Description:

Jardeg is seeking a temporary 12-month Sourcing Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. The position can be based in Calgary or Edmonton, AB (flexible hybrid working options available).
Jardeg is the chosen Recruitment Partner for Graham! This role will support the growth of Graham’s Commercial Buildings, Infrastructure & Industrial Divisions across Canada, leveraging various recruitment strategies to identify and attract top talent. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong networking skills and a deep understanding of the construction sector’s talent landscape. The ideal candidate will excel at utilizing innovative sourcing techniques and building relationships with potential candidates to fulfill our recruitment needs.
This position will be reporting to the Workforce Talent Acquisition Manager.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Applicant Tracking System Experience
  • 3 or more years of recruitment experience
  • Post-secondary education within Human Resources or Business related.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Recruiting experience in the construction and/or oil and gas industry is an asset
  • Expert Computer Skills: SuccessFactors (CRM, Talent Pools, RCM, and RMK modules)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates for roles across different levels, from pre-construction to senior management.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, industry-specific forums, to build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Conduct proactive outreach to potential candidates through phone calls, emails, and social media platforms.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitor activity to effectively position Graham as an employer of choice.
  • Analyze and report on sourcing metrics and effectiveness to refine strategies and improve candidate acquisition efforts.
  • Partner with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand current and future staffing needs and to develop targeted sourcing strategies.
  • Manage and track candidate interactions and pipelines
