SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Qualification or relevant industry-related experience, background in procurement, supply chain or sourcing preferred
- Proven track record of supplier evaluation, negotiation & selection
- Strong financial acumen, organisational & administration skills
- Ability to absorb technical information of products

- Good computer skills (MS Office), SAP ERP experience highly desirable

We seek an experienced, detail-oriented Sourcing Specialist to join our Procurement team at the Supermac’s Group. This role supports the Procurement Manager and Senior Management Team in sourcing quality products, services, and equipment while understanding customs and tax implications from a financial perspective. The goal is to deliver better quality products and services at a more competitive price.
The Sourcing Specialist will collaborate closely with managers and cross-functional teams within the organisation to drive cost savings and maximise business opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic sourcing of products, equipment, and services, locally and globally.
- Negotiation of pricing, deals, contracts, and delivery schedules with suppliers
- Identify, evaluate, and capitalise on opportunities to reduce sourcing costs, build on current product offerings, and create additional value for customer base
- Conduct regular market and spend analysis to drive cost savings and supplier improvements
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure high-quality & cost-effective solutions
- Partner with key internal stakeholders to develop business and maximise opportunities
- Manage tender enquiries and negotiation of contracts
- Work as part of a dynamic and experienced team to help achieve company goals
- Any other duties associated with sourcing/working as part of greater procurement team
