ABOUT THE JOB

The Sourcing Support is part of the German Foxway team and supports the expansion and servicing of our sourcing customers in the DACH region. The Sourcing Support works with the Sourcing Specialists to ensure continuous growth of Foxway’s own customer solutions. The Sourcing Support is both an internal contact person and the Foxway customer’s contact person in order to constantly increase customer satisfaction with your actions.
Responsibilities

Administrative, commercial operational support of projects:

• Creation and sending of reports
• Controlling of campaigns and projects
• Analysis, evaluation and preparation of data

Administrative and commercial project and order processing:

• Creation of invoices, credit notes and settlements
• Execution of cancellations
• Conversion of purchase actions

Supporting the Customer Care team:

• Processing and following up on customer inquiries
• Answering queries from the Customer Care team

Collaboration with product management

• Maintenance of product databases and documentation

Other Duties:

• Fulfill additional duties as assigned by the Director of Sourcing or the Employer.

Independent planning and coordination of administrative tasks
