· Champion an exceptional guest experience, ensuring that each visitor feels valued and appreciated.
· Handle guest feedback, resolve issues promptly, and implement improvements to ensure satisfaction.
· Promote a culture of personalised service and attention to detail, which is a hallmark of luxury hospitality.

EXPERIENCE:

· Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior leadership role in luxury hotels or resorts.
· Strong background or passion for learning social media management/marketing, content creation, and digital marketing (especially in the hospitality industry).
· Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple teams and departments while delivering outstanding results.
· Strong business acumen with a track record of financial and operational success.
· Ability to think creatively and innovatively, with a focus on delivering unique guest experiences and creating compelling online content.
· A passion for luxury hospitality and commitment to excellence in service.
· Knowledge of all aspects of Health & Safety
· Knowledge of HACCP.
