Responsibilities:
The Sous Chef plays a vital role in supporting the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef to ensure the overall success of the kitchen’s operations. This role provides leadership, coaching, and support to the kitchen team while upholding service standards and fostering a culture of empowerment and accountability. The Sous Chef is a trusted point of contact for both staff and guests, contributing to an exceptional dining experience.
