Sous Chef

The role…
We have a superb opportunity for a Sous Chef to join the team who is experienced in working in a high volume restaurant serving fresh quality food. Experience including pastry is desirable in order to support the full functioning of the kitchen operation. Proficiency in achieving FCOS targets and familiarity with current food hygiene legislation including kitchen risk assessments is essential.
Experience at Junior Sous or Senior Chef de Partie is desired, having the capability to be an effective communicator to lead the brigade alongside the Head Chef is key.
