Responsibilities:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sous Chef to join our team on a full-time basis. The Sous Chef will support the Executive Chef in overseeing the kitchen operation in all outlets, whilst guiding and mentoring our team of Chefs.

The key responsibilities in this exciting and challenging role include:

  • Displaying strong leadership skills by guiding a team of Chefs across various outlets to deliver accurate and efficient service
  • Supporting the day-to-day control of food production ensuring that the output is of exceptional quality and presentation
  • Maintaining stock control, wastage levels, and food and labour costs
  • Creating and producing menus including costings and standard recipe cards
  • Actively training, mentoring, and guiding the kitchen team on service techniques and procedures, ensuring staff perform to standard
  • Working collaboratively with the food and beverage team
