Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am – 3pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in menu planning and preparation of top-quality, fresh dishes
• Support and oversee kitchen operations, ensuring consistency and quality
• Maintain excellent standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation
• Manage stock efficiently and work towards cost-control targets
