Epicurean offers Sydney a sophisticated open-kitchen dining experience, featuring a variety of cuisines that highlight the freshest produce. Our dishes are carefully curated from the finest ingredients, allowing diners to create their own unique taste journey.

We are currently seeking a full-time, 6 months (FTC) Sous Chef to join our Epicurean kitchen. In this role, you will create joyful experiences for our guests through your genuine care. Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Capability to set a leading example and inspire a team of kitchen professionals
  • Assist Senior Chefs in daily food preparation and service, ensuring the maintenance of high and consistent food standards
  • Collaborate in achieving daily financial targets.
  • Follow health and safety protocols, policies, and procedures related to food and workplace safety.
