ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are currently seeking a Sous Chef to join the team on a full-time basis. The Sous Chef will work closely with the Head Chef to provide strategic leadership to ensure the efficient and impeccable operation of all food and beverage outlets. They will champion exceptional customer service, enforce standard compliance guidelines, and empower staff for seamless day-to-day operations.
WHAT YOUR DUTIES WILL LOOK LIKE?
- Utilise culinary skills to prepare and serve bulk cooking meals according to standard recipes and portion control guidelines.
- Process deliveries, ensuring accurate inventory management and stock rotation.
- Work in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and recipe files, following recipes precisely.
- Demonstrate attention to detail in all aspects of food preparation and presentation.
- Work independently and efficiently, managing time and resources effectively.
- Maintaining service area to food safety standards
