  We are currently seeking a Sous Chef to join our team in the Kitchen within a hotel environment. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will assist in daily food preparation, execution and be an integral part of creating new and exciting menu’s and experiences for our guests, whether it be from the kitchen itself or from our extensive kitchen garden showcasing our homegrown produce, if you are looking for a role and have experience in fine dining / hotel environments and with diverse experience, we’d love to hear from you. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to deliver both A la Carte and Function and Wedding dining experiences.
