We are currently seeking a Sous Chef to join our team at Greenway Views in Tuggeranong, ACT.
Responsibilities:
- Developing recipes, food presentation and designing menus
- Preparation and service of meals
- Assist in overseeing the kitchen
- Supervise and train new/existing kitchen staff
- Assist with managing food costs
- Assist in the maintenance of stock levels
- Undertake all duties in accordance with food safety and hygiene legislations
- Dream hours - No Splits Shifts
- $85k + superannuation
