SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Be passionate about providing the highest levels of service to both the customers and the team
  • Previous experience in a similar role or a strong Junior Sous Chef looking for that next step in their career.
  • Culinary education and Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate required or willing to attain.

With a vacancy in our Pastry kitchen, servicing a number of different outlets, including our 3 Rosette Road Hole Restaurant and stunning Swilcan Loft restaurant situation on the 4th floor, we could have the position you are looking for!
Responsible for looking after the team in your designated kitchen; you will have an unwavering passion for culinary excellence and the ability to lead a team effectively.
Reporting directly to the Executive Head Chef you will ensure every effort is made to control costs, maximise productivity and achieve pre-determined profits within your area of responsibility.
