WE ARE HIRING:

  • Sous Chef for Tali Restaurant
  • Sous Chef for Juicy Rump
    Full Time Salary position: $75,000 - $85,000 per annum, based on experience.
    The position of Sous Chef is responsible for- and overseeing a specific kitchen within Lasseters. Ensuring the delivery of high-quality food and customer service. Responsible for the day to day running of their specific kitchen area, inventory, protocols, cleanliness and hygiene and providing training of all chefs within their kitchen section. Report and communicate directly with the executive chef and enhance the organization’s performance.

I have these qualifications:

  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
  • Food safety supervisor certificate
  • I have banqueting experience, highly regarded
