Description:
DescriptionAn excellent opportunity has arisen for a Sous Chef to join our Culinary team for our restaurant and bar - The Grill in the exclusive Lyrath Estate.
You must be a hands on, proactive team leader with a culinary passion, have excellent organisational and communication skills. You will assist the Executive Chef and Head Chef in leading and inspiring the team of Chefs to excel and exceed in the delivery of exceptional food whilst maintaining consistency.
The ideal candidate must have minimum of 2 years previous experience in a busy 5 star Hotel and have previous fine dining experience in a busy restaurant. You should have previous HACCP experience.
You will be an ambitious person responsible for creating an environment that promotes team work and encourage staff to have pride and commitment in their work
