Responsibilities:

  • Consistently deliver high-quality dishes
  • In collaboration with the Head Chef and Owner develop and design seasonal menus that reflect our commitment to local produce
  • Assist in kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and cost control
  • Train and mentor junior staff, sharing your culinary knowledge and expertise
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with management, and front-of-house staff to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests

Qualifications and personal attributes:

  • You must be passionate about food!
  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or CDP
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and developing team members
  • Creative flair and a keen eye for detail in dish presentation
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with grace
