  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef within a fine dining environment, with a preference given to those with experience in a 3 AA Rosette (or higher) establishment.
  • A creative culinary mind with a passion for developing unique, seasonal menus that push the boundaries of modern cuisine.
  • Exceptional leadership qualities, with the ability to mentor and develop staff, whilst maintaining a cohesive and motivated team.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the latest culinary trends, techniques, and standards, with a commitment to culinary excellence.
  • A strong work ethic, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
