Job Description

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for experienced, passionate Sous Chefs who are seeking their next career step. To be successful, you’ll need;

  • Certificate III or IV Commercial Cookery (or equivalent qualification)
  • Previous experience in mass-catering environments is essential (volume cooking)
  • Previous FIFO Chef or Sous Chef experience is highly desired but not essential
  • Excellent knowledge of HACCP
  • Food Safety Supervisor Certificate required
  • Prior Sous Chef experience highly desirable
  • Energy & Resources Experience OR FIFO Rostered experience desirable
  • Australian Citizenship or Full Australian working rights OR relevant bulk cooking experienced applicants seeking potential Visa sponsorship
