In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Head Chef in menu development, recipe creation, and costing.
- Overseeing daily kitchen operations, including mise en place, food preparation, and service.
- Leading and motivating a team of chefs and kitchen assistants, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency in all dishes.
- Ensuring adherence to all health and safety regulations.
