In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Head Chef in menu development, recipe creation, and costing.
  • Overseeing daily kitchen operations, including mise en place, food preparation, and service.
  • Leading and motivating a team of chefs and kitchen assistants, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency in all dishes.
  • Ensuring adherence to all health and safety regulations.
