About the Employer:The Speech House Hotel is a charming 17th-century former hunting lodge, beautifully nestled in the heart of the Royal Forest of Dean. We are an independently, family owned business, our hotel seamlessly blends original charm with modern amenities, making it an ideal destination for both hotel stays and weddings.
We believe in training and developing our staff, and working in a relaxed kitchen atmosphere. We offer a private healthcare scheme, pension, 25 days off and promote a positive work life balance. We’re looking for a candidate with Rosette experience who can bring a calm persona to help train and develop the junior chefs, whilst working with the Head Chef and Kitchen Team to deliver a premium offering.
