What You’ll Do:
Focus on creating a vast network and developing a book of business alongside our 12-month training and development program. You will acquire invaluable market knowledge and transaction expertise to become an industry expert.
- Cultivate business relationships and apply expert negotiation skills to sell and promote assets on behalf of clients.
- Secure new business opportunities and expand existing ones through a combination of prospecting, networking, relationship building, and using the resource from the CBRE global platform.
- Provie owners with up-to-dte information on leasing availability, current market conditions, and property values.
- Prepare Broker Opinion of Valuation and Offering Memorandums.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence to provide informed underwriting guidance to property owners.
- Coordinate materials necessary for transactions.
- Prepare offers, term sheets, and amendments.
- Stay up to date on market conditions, property values, and legislative developments that may impact the real estate industry.
- Draft clear and effective correspondence to both existing and potential clients.
- Build new business relationships by actively participating in local business and charitable events and engaging with industry and professional associations.

- Bachelor’s degree strongly required.
- Illinois Real Estate Salesperson license or willingness to obtain.
- Minimum of 2+ years of real estate or other professional sales experience required.
- Demonstrated leadership experience within educational or professional settings, preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to clients.
- Ability to effectively present information.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Requires intermediate analytical and quantitive skills.
- Intermediate to advance skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and successfully managing time efficiently.
- Punctuation is correct.
