Description:

  • Female, English Speaker.
  • Have strong knowledge in QUICKBOOKS .
  • Strong leadership and communication skill
  • Coordinate with all suppliers and and handle product inventory
  • Monitor daily and weekly schedules of the team.
  • Minimum experience of 2-3 years in salon/spa industry
  • Computer literate with salon software’s
  • Monitor sales performance and set targets for the team
  • Manage daily office operations and ensure efficient functioning of administrative processes.
  • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in salary processing through WPS.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
  • Support in any other HR functions.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Assist in financial administration, including invoicing and budget tracking.
  • Receive payable invoices and process the payment.
  • Handle any other administrative duties as assigned.

  • Can you provide excellent customer service, handle complaints effectively, and manage upselling and upgrading?
  • Are you experienced in managing payroll? Have you dealt with a PRO for tasks like sending documents for visa renewals?
  • Do you have experience in ordering from suppliers?
  • If you face any issue in the shop, do you know how to call a maintenance company?
  • Are you familiar with social media, including posting, responding to customers, designing posts, and creating videos?
