En tant que Spécialiste en intégration de systèmes chez Honeywell, vous serez responsable de fournir un soutien technique et des services à nos clients. Vous diagnostiquerez et résoudrez les problèmes d’équipement et systèmes, effectuerez des réparations et de la maintenance, et veillerez à la satisfaction des clients. Votre expertise et votre souci du détail joueront un rôle crucial dans la fourniture d’un service de haute qualité et dans le maintien de relations solides avec nos clients.
Vous rendrez compte directement à notre Responsable des Services sur le Terrain et vous travaillerez sur les sites clients désignés dans la région de la ville de Québec et les environs. Ce rôle nécessite une combinaison de travail sur site et à distance, en fonction des besoins des clients.
Dans ce rôle, vous influencerez le succès de nos clients en garantissant le bon fonctionnement de leurs équipements et systèmes. Vous contribuerez également à la croissance de notre entreprise en identifiant les opportunités de renouvellement de contrats de service et en proposant des services supplémentaires.
Responsibilities:
- Promote, establish, and maintain customer relationship
- Understand, implement, and troubleshoot building network topologies, including but not limited to BacNET, Cbus, Modbus, and LON
- Perform preventive maintenance on various servers and stations of the centralized management system (backup, cleaning, updating)
- Ensure that all assigned preventive maintenance tasks are completed on time and within the scheduled month
- Implement and maintain integrator systems in a cyber-secure environment
- Verify functional performance to ensure proper operation according to contractual requirements based on drawings/workshop operation sequences, etc.
- Manage small projects and/or participate in the delivery of service or installation work, including but not limited to engineering, drawings, programming, documentation, installation, subcontractor management, startup, testing, and client acceptance. Coordinate with the local engineer to understand the scope of work, materials, software, graphics, and construction details
- Stay informed about new technologies, changes, and new product developments
- Work closely with dispatch and clients to meet client and organizational expectations
- May perform certain tasks outside regular working hours, if needed
- Respond to emergency calls and be on call as required
- Provide quotes to clients for small jobs
- Provide client training
- Be responsible for documenting work according to standards and ensuring the follow-up and maintenance of documentation
- Adhere to Honeywell performance indicators and follow workplace health and safety standards
- Occasionally travel within the province of Quebec
