Efficiently coordinate group spa services through telephone, email, and in-person interactions to optimize associate productivity. Skillfully promote and sell a comprehensive range of spa services, adeptly uncovering and addressing each guest’s unique needs. Elevate the spa experience by actively promoting and upselling enticing amenities such as Cabanas, food, and beverages. Maintain impeccable standards by ensuring a neat and tidy work area, encompassing the front desk, lobby, reservations office, concierge desk, and work folders. Take charge of overseeing tours with meeting planners, ensuring a seamless and delightful experience for every group. Embrace the role with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service at every touchpoint. Previous spa or customer service experience is preferred.
