Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet and Welcome Guests: Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all spa guests, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued throughout their visit.
  • Foster a Positive Work Environment: Promote a creative, positive, and productive atmosphere within the team, encouraging collaboration and excellence.
  • Manage Appointments: Schedule and coordinate spa appointments efficiently, managing the booking system to maximize guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Demonstrate Knowledge: Exhibit knowledge of all wellness and hotel services, making appropriate recommendations for treatments and products.
  • Provide Information: Offer detailed information about spa services, treatments, and facilities, assisting guests in selecting services that meet their needs.
  • Maintain Communication: Ensure clear and effective communication across departments to support seamless operations.
  • Lead by Example: Engage in tasks and lead by example, fostering a culture of accountability and attention to detail in all work aspects.
  • Handle Payments Accurately: Process payments for spa services and retail products, ensuring financial accuracy with charges and guest folios.
  • Support Spa Operations: Participate in day-to-day operations, including opening and closing the spa, ensuring spa setups and facilities are ready for service.
  • Maintain Retail Spa: Keep the retail spa area attractive and monitor product consumption, contributing to an exceptional guest experience.
  • Ownership and Timeliness: Take ownership of duties, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard.
  • Conduct Walkthroughs: Regularly assess equipment and facilities to ensure they are functioning optimally, and participate in operational projects.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up with industry trends and participate in ongoing training to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
  • End of Day Reporting: Perform end-of-day reports and side-jobs to support overall operations.
  • Personalize Guest Interactions: Use guests’ names and preferences to create personalized and memorable experiences.
