  • Therapist qualified: Holds the necessary certifications and qualifications to perform a wide range of professional spa treatments.
  • Experience in managing a team: Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in overseeing and guiding a team of therapists, ensuring smooth operations and high service standards.
  • Familiar with booking systems (MindBody preferable but not essential): Proficient in using spa booking systems to manage appointments, with a preference for experience with the MindBody software, though other systems are also valuable.
  • Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service: Strong track record of providing outstanding service that enhances client satisfaction and fosters loyalty.

Exclusive management opportunity to oversee a dedicated team of elite therapists, managing all aspects of a luxury spa, including personalized bookings, bespoke treatments, premium retail, and exceptional guest care. Ideal for a qualified therapist with leadership experience, seeking to further refine and expand their management expertise within a distinguished setting
SALARY: £36000 + Retail Commission
HOURS: Full Time

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assume responsibility for the day-to-day running of the spa: Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure the spa functions smoothly and delivers a luxury experience.
  • Mentor and develop the team: Provide guidance, support, and training to therapists, fostering their professional growth and maintaining high service standards.
  • Build a loyal clientele through exceptional customer service: Cultivate strong relationships with clients by delivering personalized, top-tier service that encourages repeat visits and referrals.
  • Maximize bookings and therapist revenue with repeat bookings: Strategically increase appointment bookings and drive revenue by encouraging clients to return for additional treatments.
  • Manage all aspects of retail stock management: Oversee inventory, ordering, and merchandising of retail products, ensuring availability and optimizing sales.
  • Achieve revenue targets: Drive the spa’s financial success by meeting or exceeding set revenue goals through effective management and marketing strategies.
  • Manage staff rotas: Create and maintain staff schedules, ensuring optimal coverage and efficient operation during peak and off-peak hours.
