CONTRACT: FULL TIMESALARY: SALARY BASED ON EXPERIENCE

We have in house trainers that are there to ensure our therapists reach their full potential and progress with us, you will be an ambassador for this development.
We offer state of the art facilities within all of our resorts and hotels, boasting modern and stylish Spa’s.

Some duties and responsibilities include;

  • Maximise revenues through effective booking and room utilization in the spa.
  • Deliver weekly revenue and payroll actuals vs forecast and budget.
  • You will ensure the smooth running of the treatment department and provide effective professional management to your team with regards to training, standards and reaching sales targets.
  • With guest satisfaction at the forefront of what we do, you will ensure guest schedules are suitable and extra care is taken when planning a guests stay.
  • You will ensure your team are trained to the highest standard and are there to assist our guests with any needs they may have throughout their stay with us and ensure they leave wanting more!
  • To have a thorough working knowledge of all products and treatments within the spa and oversee training matrixes.

We require you to be qualified in the following:

  • Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Beauty
  • Spa Management qualification desirable but not essential
  • Good overall standard of education
