Description:
Looking for Spa Manager (Full Time) for Limu Canggu Massage
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the overall operation of the spa including staff scheduling, appointment management and customer service
2. Lead, train, and motivate the spa staff including therapists, and receptionists
3. Ensure exceptional service and a positive experience for all clients by maintaining the highest standards in customer care, personalized services and attention to details
4. Monitor and drive spa sales through retail product offerings and spa services
5. Oversee the inventory of spa products and supplies as well as ensuring adequate stock levels while managing budget constraints
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies and promotions to attract new clients and retain existing ones
7. Manage spa budgets l, inventory costs and other expenses
8. Coordinate with maintenance staff or external vendors to ensure that all equipment, facilities and treatment rooms are functioning optimally and that repairs are made promptly
9. Handle client complaints or feedback professionally and proactively as well as making improvements to services as needed to enhance client satisfaction
Requirements:
1. Excellent in written and spoken English communication
2. Proven working experience as a Spa Manager at least 2-3 years experience in a similar role
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
4. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
5. Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, inventory management and revenue tracking
6. Knowledge of spa treatments, products and current trends.
7. Proficient in using spa management software and booking systems
8. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations
9. Strong organizational skills and attention to details
