Description:
The Hotel Brussels is seeking a dynamic Spa-Wellness-Fitness Manager to lead the operations of our brand-new, state-of-the-art 400 square meter spa/wellness & fitness. As the Spa Manager, you will play a pivotal role in establishing our spa as guest services enhancement and create a calm, tranquil oasis offering a gentle escape from the rush of the city—and a welcome respite from everyday stresses.

Responsibilities:
- Operations & Guest Experience:
- Oversee the daily operations & reservations of the spa, ensuring smooth, efficient, and profitable functioning.
- Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service and hygiene.
- Cultivate strong client relationships through continuous engagement, build long-term relationships and develop client loyalty for selected external guests.
- Develop a unique customer experience.
- Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent delivery of services.
- Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage the spa’s annual budget, ensuring alignment with the hotel’s financial goals.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Develop pricing strategies, promotions, and packages to drive business and maximize revenue.
- Sales & Marketing:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and local businesses.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and introduce innovative services and treatments to attract and retain clients.
- Inventory & Maintenance:
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels of products and supplies. (Mainly with Codage https://www.codageparis.com/)
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure that all spa equipment and facilities are in top condition.
- Implement and monitor health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
