We are looking for a motivated and experienced Spa Manager to oversee all aspects of our luxurious spa in Muckross Park Hotel & Spa.
As a Spa Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our spa reflects the high standards of Muckross Park Hotel & Spa, creating a haven of relaxation and rejuvenation for our guests.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in spa management.
  • Proven track record of success in exceeding revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong financial acumen and budgeting experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of spa treatments, products, and industry best practices.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for the spa industry and commitment to providing exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the spa, ensuring smooth and efficient running.
  • Develop and implement spa menus, curate treatment selections, and stay current on industry trends.
  • Manage team members, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  • Foster a positive and professional work environment for the spa team.
  • Create and manage the spa budget, including inventory control and cost-effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the spa and generate revenue.
  • Ensure the spa meets all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
