We are currently seeking an Spa Reception Supervisor to join the team at Farnham Estate. The role of our Spa Reception Supervisor is to oversee our spa reception staff, and to provide efficient, prompt, trouble free and courteous and quality spa & leisure services to our guests.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1-2 years previous work experience in a Front Office/Spa Reception supervisory or management level preferred.
• Ability to communicate with guests, solve multiple problems at the same time, set up priorities, organize work and make certain decisions.
• Excellent communication skills in the English Language and people management experience.
• Excellent computer, phone and internet/email skills with Opera PMS experience preferred.
• Ability to develop team members and to work in a team environment.
• Demonstration of experience & success in managing a project or strategic change in the business.
