As a Spa Receptionist at Lough Erne Resort, you will be a key member of our spa team, responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests. Your primary role will be to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the spa reception area, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to both guests and staff.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in a spa or hospitality setting.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and booking software.
  • Ability to handle cash and perform basic accounting tasks.
  • Enthusiasm for wellness and spa services.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities:

  1. Guest Services:
  • Greet and welcome spa guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Answer inquiries about spa services, packages, and amenities.
  • Schedule spa appointments and manage the booking system.
  • Handle guest requests, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  1. Administrative Duties:
  • Maintain accurate records of spa bookings, payments, and guest profiles.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions, ensuring accuracy and security.
  • Prepare daily reports and maintain cleanliness in the reception area.
  • Manage spa inventory, including retail products and supplies.
  1. Communication:
  • Effectively communicate with spa therapists, management, and other departments.
  • Relay important information to guests regarding spa policies and procedures.
  • Act as a liaison between guests and spa staff to ensure seamless service.
  1. Team Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with spa therapists and other spa team members to ensure the smooth flow of daily operations.
  • Assist in coordinating staff schedules and appointments.
