Description:
We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a spa receptionist.
Applicant must:
- Be available to work 2 evenings and 1 day on the weekend
- 38 approx. hours per week
- have a vehicle or transportation to Manotick (there are no reliable buses)
- Schedule Tuesday-Saturday every week
Requirements and responsibilities are, but not limited to:
- Maintain a high level of professionalism with guests.
- Establish a positive rapport with guests face-to-face and over the phone.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- A drive to exceed at sales goals.
- Work well under pressure, handling stress with ease while maintaining a spa atmosphere.
- Maintain a safe and clean reception area by complying with company procedures, rules and regulations.
- Maintain continuity within the team with excellent communication.
- Greet guests with a welcoming and warm attitude in keeping with our company brand and reputation.
- Assist guests upon arrival offering beverages and directing them appropriately.
- Computer and Microsoft Word knowledge is required as well the ability to adapt to our company booking software system.
- Professional business attire and self presentation suitable for the beauty industry is required.
- Must be available to work some evenings, some holidays and weekends.

Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
