Description:

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a spa receptionist.

Applicant must:

  • Be available to work 2 evenings and 1 day on the weekend
  • 38 approx. hours per week
  • have a vehicle or transportation to Manotick (there are no reliable buses)
  • Schedule Tuesday-Saturday every week

Requirements and responsibilities are, but not limited to:

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism with guests.
  • Establish a positive rapport with guests face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • A drive to exceed at sales goals.
  • Work well under pressure, handling stress with ease while maintaining a spa atmosphere.
  • Maintain a safe and clean reception area by complying with company procedures, rules and regulations.
  • Maintain continuity within the team with excellent communication.
  • Greet guests with a welcoming and warm attitude in keeping with our company brand and reputation.
  • Assist guests upon arrival offering beverages and directing them appropriately.
  • Computer and Microsoft Word knowledge is required as well the ability to adapt to our company booking software system.
  • Professional business attire and self presentation suitable for the beauty industry is required.
  • Must be available to work some evenings, some holidays and weekends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
