Description:
The Spa Receptionist is responsible for assisting guests by efficiently booking spa services and recommending retail products appropriate to their individual needs while maintaining the highest of professional standards.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- One (1) year experience within the Spa Industry or Customer Service
- Experience in a Luxury Casino Hotel/Resort preferred
- Must have effective communication skills both verbal and written
- Must be able to perform and strive in a team environment
- Proficient in Spa Soft, Opera, Go Concierge, Book4Time, Word and Outlook a plus
