The Spa Receptionist, reporting to the Spa Manager, plays an integral part in delivering the ultimate Spa experience to our local, interstate, and international guests that come through our award-winning hotel. As the warm and welcoming face of our sanctuary of relaxation, you will orchestrate a harmonious symphony of exceptional service from the moment guests arrive.
Located within the luxurious Darling Hotel, The Darling Spa offers guests the ultimate Spa experience. Featuring eleven treatment rooms, two exclusive couple’s suites, relaxation lounge as well as a steam room jacuzzi. There is a comprehensive range of face and body treatments available to leave guests feeling relaxed and refreshed head to toe.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will build memorable connections with both our guests and hotel teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and assist with all spa enquiries.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest profiles and maximise Spa bookings, upselling and rebooking where possible.
  • Deliver prompt and personalised information around treatment and check-in/check-out of all guests.
  • Assist with spa enquiries and responding to all incoming calls and email enquiries.
  • Ensure guest profiles are up-to-date and detail changes updated in our Spa Software system.
