The Gallen Group are looking for a Spa Receptionist to join their multi award winning team in VSpa.
Must be available to work weekends

Responsibilities:

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Meeting & greeting clients/customers in a warm, friendly manner.
  • Ensuring a high standard of personal presentation.
  • A good telephone manner.
  • Customer service skills, patience and tact.
  • Taking Reservations by phone, email
  • Communicating with customers via social channels
  • Provide information, answering queries that guests may have either through knowledge or online
  • Listening to complaints and following procedure
