Curates and promotes the Spa’s brand, ensuring it Resonates with the Essence of FIVE’s Standard.
Oversees and Refines all Spa operations, ensuring smooth, seamless, and high-end Service Delivery.
Manages Budgets with precision and Controls Costs while Maintaining exceptional Service Standards.
Recruits, Trains, and Retains a Skilled and Passionate Spa Team, fostering a Culture of Excellence.
Implements and upholds SOPs and corporate policies, ensuring the Spa operates at the highest Professional Standards.
Drives Motivation and enhances Retail Sales through expert Upselling Techniques, enriching the Guest experience.
Prepares and presents detailed reports, tracking performance and ensuring continuous Growth and Success.
Maintains a consistently High standard of service, ensuring every Guest receives an Unforgettable experience.
Oversees Inventory Management, ensuring that Spa supplies are always stocked to meet Demand.
Ensures immaculate Cleanliness and meticulous Attention to Detail in all Spa treatment rooms, creating a ‘FIVE-Star’ Atmosphere.
Assists in hosting Exclusive Demonstrations and Events, elevating FIVE’s presence and client engagement.
