We’re seeking a Part-Time Spa Receptionist who is positive, energetic, and deeply committed to guest service excellence, ensuring every visit becomes a rejuvenating and memorable experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

Available to work 3 days a week - weekends required.

Smart Serve required

  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in a service industry
  • Fluency in English, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exceptional guest service skills, with a courteous and professional demeanour
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Proficient with computers
  • Previous spa or hospitality experience an asset

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the booking of Spa treatments whilst providing friendly and efficient service to our members and guests
  • Driving additional revenue by actively up-selling retail products, promotional offers and encouraging repeat bookings
  • Escorting guests to and from treatment rooms and waiting areas
  • Constantly maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of the personal services performed and any revisions in the products or procedures used
  • Maintaining the retail displays within the reception area
  • Consistently offering professional, friendly and engaging service
  • Maintaining confidentially of client and property information at all times, while ensuring that all accounting and security procedures meet Company requirements
  • Following opening and closing procedures of the spa
  • All other duties as assigned
