• Handle guest inquiries and provide information on spa services and products.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvements as needed to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Address and resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.

As the Spa Supervisor, you are responsible for ensuring the spa operates efficiently while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Collaborating with the Spa Director, you will manage daily activities, including maintaining a smooth workflow, overseeing appointment scheduling, controlling inventory, and ensuring a clean, safe environment. This role requires balancing operational efficiency with a strong commitment to guest satisfaction, helping to uphold our reputation as a premier destination for relaxation and well-being.
