As a Spa Supervisor, you play a key role in the daily operations of our spa facilities. Your responsibilities include supervising the spa team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of service.

• Supervise and lead the spa team, including spa therapists, receptionists, and attendants.
• Monitor the cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of spa facilities.
• Assist guests with spa reservations, appointment scheduling, and inquiries.
• Ensure the availability of spa products, equipment, and amenities.
• Conduct regular training for the spa team to maintain service excellence.
• Maintain accurate records of spa bookings, attendance, and revenues.
• Collaborate with the Spa Manager to promote spa packages, wellness programs, and promotions.
• Address guest feedback and concerns promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Enforce safety and sanitation measures in spa areas.
• Participate in spa and wellness trends and industry best practices.
• Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to safeguard the health and safety of guests and colleagues, as well as contribute to environmental conservation.
• Adhere to the company’s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
