Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Maintains a High Standard of Service throughout ReFIVE Spa, adhering to top-notch procedures.
  • Provides Support and Delegates Tasks to the Spa Team to ensure the smooth running of the Spa operation.
  • Acts as a Role Model to team members, mentoring and training new joiners and existing ‘FIVERs.’
  • Performs Administrative Tasks such as team schedules, reports and trackers with remarkable precision.
  • Maintains Standard Operating Procedure Records ensuring they are updated at all times.
  • Assists in the day-to-day Running of Spa Reception.
  • Ensures work areas are Impeccably Clean and Tidy at all times, creating a Stunning Environment for Guests to enjoy.
  • Promptly Reports any Dysfunctional equipment to the Spa Manager and relevant Departments to uphold the Award-Winning Experience for FIVE’s Guests.
  • Manages the ‘FIVE-Styled’ Retail Inventory and Orders, ensuring stocks are maintained.
  • Upholds Cleanliness and next-level Attention to Detail in the stunning Spa Suites throughout the Shift, reflecting the ‘FIVE-Star’ Flair of ReFIVE Spa.
  • Attends Daily line-ups, as well as Weekly and Monthly spa Meetings, to Celebrate Achievements and stay Updated on Exciting FIVE Tribe Announcements.
  • Assists and Performs various Engaging Demonstrations and Events as required, Showcasing the Disruptive techniques and Services provided by ReFIVE Spa.
  • Interacts with Guests, answering all Spa and Hotel-related Questions.
  • Provides Assistance in all Areas of the Spa when Necessary, including the Lavish Relaxation area and Buzzing Reception, ensuring the FIVE Journey is Unforgettable for Guests.
  • Conducts all Duties and Responsibilities as required by the Position or assigned by the Spa Manager or Spa Director.
  • Ensures Compliance with current Professional Certificates reflecting FIVE’s Industry-Leading Standards.
  • Collaborates with other Departments to ensure Seamless Operations.
  • Updates and Expands Knowledge of Hotel amenities, Services, and Local attractions to provide Accurate information to Guests.
  • Handles Guest Complaints and Concerns Promptly and Professionally, finding Suitable resolutions to ensure Satisfaction.
  • Stays Informed about Wellness Industry Trends and Advancements Techniques, incorporating New Skills and Treatments into the Spa’s Offerings.
  • Collaborates with FIVE’s Marketing and Sales Teams to Promote Spa services and Packages, contributing to Revenue generation and Business Growth.
