LOOKING TO CHANGE THE GAME?

Pullman Auckland is looking for a full-time talented and passionate Spa Therapist wishing to expand their knowledge and skills in a luxury hotel environment.

As a Spa Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing massage, facial, manicure & pedicure and body treatments to the highest standards
  • Building long term relationships with our guests
  • Up sell Luxe Spa services and products and other hotel outlets
  • Assisting with reception/reservation duties, including reception shifts if required and covering reception team breaks.

Qualifications

WHILST TALENT AND ATTITUDE ARE OUR PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS, YOU ALSO HAVE:

  • NZQA Level 5 or equivalent in Massage or Spa Therapies
  • Experience in a professional beauty environment
  • A passion for delivering an outstanding service and a memorable experience each time
  • Exceptional personal presentation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility to work rostered shifts; including weekends.
