JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Spa Therapist with Hammam Qualification to join our 5-Star spa in Dubai. The ideal candidate will provide a wide range of professional spa treatments, specializing in authentic Hammam services, while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Certification in Massage Therapy, Spa Treatments, or a related field.
• Hammam qualification and experience are mandatory.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury spa or wellness center, preferably in the UAE or GCC.
• Excellent knowledge of various massage techniques, body treatments, and spa products.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse clientele.
• Professional appearance and demeanor, with a focus on customer satisfaction and guest retention.
• Fluency in English is essential.

• Perform professional spa services, including Hammam rituals, body scrubs, massages, and other treatments, ensuring the highest standards of service.
• Provide personalized consultations to guests, recommending suitable treatments based on their needs and preferences.
• Maintain knowledge of spa products and treatments, promoting them effectively to enhance guest experience and drive sales.
• Prepare treatment areas and maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitization in line with spa protocols and UAE health and safety regulations.
• Build lasting client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service, anticipating their needs, and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Stay updated on industry trends, products, and techniques to maintain expertise and ensure best practices.
• Work collaboratively with the team to create a serene and welcoming spa environment.
