Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Contact Center Sales experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:
- Bilingual speaking and listening proficiency in Spanish/English
- Experience in loan origination
- Strong understanding of mortgage sales, origination processes and industry regulations
- Experience using systems such as, CORE and Nexidia
- Ability to navigate through reporting in Microstrategies or Tableau to analyze pipeline trends
- Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems
- Support customers and employees in resolving or escalating concerns or complaint
Responsibilities:
Wells Fargo is seeking a leader that will care for assigned customer loans through final disposition, which may include being the customer’s primary point of contact. This role will perform multiple risk oversight routines for the pipeline and is responsible for executing on several mitigating risk solutions. The position will also oversee new hire mortgage consultants during their 8-week onboarding.
In this role, you will:
- Interact directly with external customers
- Manage allocation of new hire mortgage sales consultants for Consumer Direct
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
- Identify risk and make sound recommendations to management, communicate company policy, procedures and practices, complete reports or project work as requested by business partners and management
- Make day-to-day supervisory and tactical decisions and resolve issues related to pipeline oversight, work allocation and daily operations under direction of senior management
- Leverage interpretation of policies, procedures, regulatory and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, fulfillment partners and sales managers
- This SAFE position has customer contact and job duties which may include the offering/negotiating of terms and/or taking an application for a dwelling secured transaction. As such, this position requires compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and all related regulations. Ongoing employment is contingent upon meeting all such requirements, including acceptable background investigation results. Individuals in a SAFE position also must meet the Loan Originator requirements under Regulation Z (LO) outlined in the job expectations below

Job Expectations:
- The role offers a hybrid work schedule
- This position requires SAFE registration at the time of employment. Wells Fargo will initiate the SAFE registration process immediately after your employment start date. The Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) website ( http://fedregistry.nationwidelicensingsystem.org ) provides the MU4R questions and registration required for employment in this position. Individuals in Loan Originator (LO) positions must meet the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau qualification requirements and comply with related Wells Fargo policies. The LO qualification requirements include meeting applicable financial responsibility, character, general financial fitness and criminal background standards. A current credit report will be used to assess your financial responsibility and credit fitness, however, a credit score is not included as part of the evaluation.
