Description:
1-2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AS HR GENERALIST/OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
- Working in a multinational (or SSC) environment is an advantage
- High levels of competency in MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Confident analytical and multitasking skills, ability to assess data
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a highly structured manner
Responsibilities:
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN THIS ROLE:
- Participates in the spectrum of HR activities such as supporting the employee lifecycle processes , managing benefits and cafeteria system, reporting activities to support the Spanish region
- Provides problem resolution for HR related issues that may be non-standard
- Provides support with HR administrative tasks as well
- Participates in projects , comes up with new ideas
- Supports mainly the employees in Spain but also assists regional back-up activities
- Builds productive internal / external working relationships
- Keeps contact with local and global stakeholders
YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, HR degree is an advantage , strong interest in HR
- Fluency both in Spanish and English required. Working knowledge of other European languages will be an added advantage.
