Description:

1-2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AS HR GENERALIST/OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

  • Working in a multinational (or SSC) environment is an advantage
  • High levels of competency in MS Office, especially MS Excel
  • Confident analytical and multitasking skills, ability to assess data
  • Detail-oriented and able to work in a highly structured manner

Responsibilities:

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN THIS ROLE:

  • Participates in the spectrum of HR activities such as supporting the employee lifecycle processes , managing benefits and cafeteria system, reporting activities to support the Spanish region
  • Provides problem resolution for HR related issues that may be non-standard
  • Provides support with HR administrative tasks as well
  • Participates in projects , comes up with new ideas
  • Supports mainly the employees in Spain but also assists regional back-up activities
  • Builds productive internal / external working relationships
  • Keeps contact with local and global stakeholders

YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, HR degree is an advantage , strong interest in HR
  • Fluency both in Spanish and English required. Working knowledge of other European languages will be an added advantage.
