REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience in maintenance department or in spare parts management within large enterprises with significant budget responsibility
• Fluent English is a must
• Proven team management skills
• Experience in participating in or leading team restructuring initiatives, aimed at enhancing team efficiency and performance as a plus.
• PC literacy (MS Office) & Technical University degree

• Lead and manage the spare parts team using agile methodologies to drive performance and adaptability
• Identify and analyze areas of efficiency and inefficiency within spare parts operations to implement continuous improvements
• Effectively distribute tasks and responsibilities among team members, ensuring balanced workloads and clear accountability
• Develop and oversee the implementation of strategies for spare parts management, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
• Work closely with Maintenance Managers to support their needs and maintain effective communication channels
• Collaborate with global functions to ensure consistency and best practices in spare parts management across the organization
