JOB DESCRIPTION

• Controls and ensures proper use of the procedures for receiving ordered parts;
• Ensure the conditions for carrying out periodic inventories;
• Makes the appropriate report in case of non-conformities detected in its activities;
• Ensures the quality of items purchased from suppliers, especially specific items, and requests certifications for main parts;
• Makes replenishment suggestions in an appropriate computer system according to available stock and stock level rules for each part;
• sends the status report of the imported parts to the DI;
• Ensures verification of movements and coherence between physical stock and the parts warehouse system (spare parts), carrying out inventories;
• Performs parameterization and registration of all items and technical data in the warehouse in Excel and in the appropriate program;

JOB EXPERIENCE

Minimum qualification
Bachelor’s degree
Experience required

6 Years

• Mastery of warehouse operations (stock management among others);
• Work planning domain;
• In-depth knowledge of general mechanical and electrical parts;
• Mastery of team management.
