Description:
Joining the Welsh Ambulance Service NHS Trust as a Project Support Officer for Speaking Up Safely and the wider Culture Change Directorate offers an exciting and impactful opportunity. The Speaking up Safely (SUS) and Culture Change (CC) Project Support Manager will autonomously manage elements of specific
Speaking Up Safely and Culture Change projects as delegated.
The post holder will also ensure that standard project management methodologies are applied to successfully deliver projects.
Facilitate communication and collaboration across different departments and stakeholders.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:
Formulate, implement, and monitor progress of the SUS and CC projects to ensure that programmes and project work streams are planned, documented, and managed effectively to assist in their successful delivery.
This will also include responsibility for preparing documentation and tracking project plans and benefits.
Provide administrative and project support to the Speaking Up Safely and Culture Change team.
Organise and coordinate meetings, workshops, and events.
Assist in the development and implementation of Speaking Up Safely and Culture Change strategies and initiatives.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to Speaking Up Safely and Culture Change projects.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
