Description:

This position is responsible for providing assistance to RCL crew members in connection with the processing of their documents for deployments to RCL vessels as well as in providing guidance regarding Tier-1 Crew and Family Welfare information This position supports the sourcing and crew and family welfare teams of the company

QUALIFICATIONS

At least 2 years of experience in document handling and customer support
Knowledge and background of the Maritime Industry
Knowledge of the Maritime Industry
Excellent English Communication skills (written and oral)
Knowledge in the use of computers and software applications
Strong interpersonal skills
