OTHER REQUIREMENTS
1) Hold a certificate dated no more than three (3) years attesting to the successful completion of:
- a standard first aid course of a minimum eight (8)-hour duration;
- a refresher course of a minimum six(6)-hour duration updating the skills acquired in the course mentioned in subparagraph 1.
2) Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)

Responsibilities:
DESCRIPTION OF TASKS
- Under the responsibility of the school principal and in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, participates in the development and drafting of the intervention plan;
- Develops, organizes and leads educational, pedagogical, cultural, recreational and sports activities aimed at developing social, cognitive, psychomotor, communication and other skills;
- Supports students in their learning and autonomy development;
- Observes the situation and intervenes with students in response to their environment; supports the teacher in ensuring a classroom environment conducive to learning;
- Uses communication techniques adapted to students’ needs;
- Records observations and interventions, keeps records and writes reports on student situations;
- Collaborates, as needed, with youth protection agencies and other external stakeholders;
- Meets with students, parents and teaching staff to advise, inform and provide relevant documentation and references;
- Performs any other related duties as required.
THIS ROLE INCLUDES RECESS ANIMATION OF GAMES.
